Home center remote assistance

We strongly recommend that you contact your installer or retailer for support.

If this is not possible, you can receive direct support from Stijnen Solutions Home center.

The cost is € 75 (excluding VAT) for each hour started.

As an alternative we offer the online training courses mentioned at the bottom of the page. From experience we know that 95% of the problems are not related to Home center but to network and internet connection outside Home center. This training will help you solve the problem yourself.

To be prepared:

• Please mention the brand of your home automation system
• Give a good description of the problem and provide us the name of your dealer.
• Find the MAC address of your module (at the back side or on the Status information page)
• Activate Remote Support
• Be ready to provide remote access via a computer that is connected to the system. You will receive information on how we will set up the connection.
